Guys whats your opinion on mt1 vs mt2 and whats dodages?
When i get to the tan level i want do i keep using it? And like i go to the beach almost everyday even using sun protector i would still keep tanning right? Is it supposed to stop using a bit before the tan level we wish?
ok ok i might just use to make a little boost at the start bcs after i go a lot to the beach
300mcg ed or once a week or how often? Im going to start mt1 and need some dosing advise 😁
Pretty sure it's ed for the initial loading phase, and then once or twice a week to maintain
