Higher dose is not needed on tret
But rs tho, start low just to build tolerance to the sides, then work your way up until you find that sweet spot. Titration seems to be 1-2 tubes per dose as each tube lasts about 2-3 months
I started off at a medium dose and faced the biggest load of sides, I used to scratch my beard have a palm full of skin flakes in my lap. But that was me giving up a lot of comfort for a sped up progress
