Did the same to me. Now I draw it up, let it sit out until it’s room temp, inject slowly, rubbing the spot I injected with firm pressure for about a minute or two. I only use 2ml to reconstitute. I have KLOW. I rarely get lumps or bruises anymore.

Both me and my friend had horrible, painful whelps until I started doing that ⬆️ even when I pin IM not on my upper thigh, I don’t get them now. I hate that for you.
Only thing that worked for me was adding sterile water right before pin. I recon GHKCU vial with 3ml BAC, draw up dose in a noodle then once i have what i need, i add about 10-20extra units of sterile water right before pinning. No sting at all i use the hospira sterile 5ml
