Fitzpatrick is a scale of classifying pigmentation.
NAC = N-acetyl cysteine. NAC and glycine are major precursors for producing endogenous glutathione. I've read that exogenous gluta can't penetrate cells due to not having a method of active transport against the gradient, and taking NAC+glycine is superior for actual intracellular glutathione levels. Supposedly cysteine is the limiting factor in gluta synthesis so increasing your cysteine levels is supposed to directly increase your gluta production
Methylsulfonyl methane is so underrated. It is a really easy way to get sulphur into your body. Skin and hair need sulfur for keratin and collagen.
