I'm almost to goal! Been doing 10mg Tirz, 5mg Reta for awhile. Recently dropped to 9mg Tirz cuz I'm like 2lbs away from goal haha. Reeling back to 8 this week, and 4mg R this week

Been on 2.5 mg triz for 1 month then about 4 last two months. Lost 15 lbs no effort. (Total goal only about 25 lbs so no in any rush). Few small size effects. More burps. Can eat much bread or fried foods and more sensitive to foods I was already slightly insolent to (fried food and bread also go in that category I guess). But overall very happy w it.
Am planning to decrease amt and try bit of Reta to see if happens to help with my migraines

Should just have her go for at least 4 weeks. I'm sure she didn't gain her weight in 1 week, ya know? Better to go low & slow then something happen to her pancreas

I’ve lost 60lbs since March. I say it has been amazing to me. Just added in Reta 1 MG twice a week. Going to 10mg Tirz next week

Don’t keep going up too fast. Between her pancreas and gallbladder. Take it’s slow and steady. It’ll kick in when it needs to.

Been on tirz since the end of June. Down almost 30lbs. Part of me wishes I would’ve taken before pics, but also didn’t want to look at myself like that

I have lost 100lbs on tirz in 9 months. No hair loss, eating and drinking a lot of protein. Speed walking and hiking with my dog 5 miles a day-7 days a week to keep muscle tone. I was on 2.5 mg first month then 5 mg since then. No higher. I had also lost 22lbs on weight watchers before I started on tirz. So here is the proof!! Plus I’m 66 yrs old and in better shape now than I have ever been 🩷

Thank you, it’s so worth it. I will be on tirz forever. Wish all of this had been available when I was in my 20’s lol

Why would you stay on tirz forever tho?
TG
tg_7293184235
May 19, 2026
Because I have bad food noise, and I’m not going to give in to it. Tirz keeps the noise away 🩷

As long as you're able to eat and get your macro nutrients and main macros in I don't see an issue with it 😀

Wouldn’t recommend it, your receptors gonna desensitize

No, I reset with SS31 and different Pep’s too, I’m good 🙂

Never heard about this, the only correlation would be that ss31 can lower insulin resistance but not resetting your receptors. Just saying, who am I to judge 😄

I agree, we all have to choose our own path. I have never felt better in my whole life than I do right now and my dog loves the hikes in the mountains too. So it’s a win win for me. But I wish all of you great luck on your journeys 🥰

Receptor desensitization with GLP’s are overblown. A 2-3 week break if you ever even get to that point and your good 2 go again

I’d give it 5 half lives (~5 weeks) every here and there but you can run them a very long time just fine

Can't you just use Reta? Instead of using both?
TG
