Damn, 600 of test. I need to step my game up, I'm at 250. Getting it thru my dr so they are just giving me enough to be at the "normal range" For the reta, did you do 7.5mg just during the cut or during a bulk too? I was on 7mg during my cut and stayed on 7mg when I started my bulk a month ago (first week was rough but now don't have an issue eating the amount I need). I SHOULD continue cutting but I'm doing a BJJ competition in March so I'm bulking to have enough energy for the tournament and put on some strength.

Suprised they are prescribing you 250mg for trt. That would put me way above natural ranges. As for the reta I stayed at 7.5mg after my cut to maintain and also to bulk as I don't have trouble eating a little more food for a clean bulk. If I run into issues eating enough food I'll probably start tapering my dose down to 6mg then again as I need to eat more and more food. For me though I've always loved to eat and would binge eat in the past so staying on a GLP made sense to me as to not blow up to quickly. I prob will take a break though and come off it completely as it has increased my resting heart rate by quite a bit where eith tirz i never had that issue. Only thing is I stocked up on reta so I have like a 2 year supply and don t really want to have to buy tirz now.

My heart rate has only risen on average by about 6 bpm since I started reta. Not sure if that is considered high. Yeah, anytime I ended a cut I would blow back up practically to where I started so reta has been helping there. It's only been a month on a bulk but scale has been relatively on track to my +0.5 lbs gained per week goal

No that's fine mine has went up about 10bpm but trying to up my cardio to offset it. But yeah that's exactly how u want to do it 0.5lbs a week. If u do go up to 600 test u can prob get away with a lb a week
