Just because he wasn’t taking anything else, doesn’t mean he didn’t have underlying health conditions, poor lifestyle habits, etc. that put him at risk. He also could’ve been taking other things without your knowledge. You can’t just point to one single variable and assume that was the cause. Especially when you’re uneducated.
