I had great fat loss results Built some muscle while in a cut as well I don’t believe running without test isn’t bad, just won’t get as much out of it that’s all

I started Reta as well, along with Tirz. Took the 2mg and the next day just felt exhausted! (Granted I did have a super busy and physically demanding week before it)

Don’t listen to bros telling you what’s safe. For long term use, you need to watch your IGF-1 levels. Even doses as low as 3iu have, in as little as a year, caused abnormal, permanent bone growth.

2.5 Mg is the starting dose for Tirz. 2 mg is not high at all for Tirz

If he’s never taken either before or any glp1 then that yes that is high for the first few weeks of doing. Should be starting at 1 mg Reta. Some even start at .5
