Probably just need to change your diet around and focus on hygiene bro. Change food > use an antibacterial body washes consistently enough to notice a difference. If that doesn’t help, Topical clindamycin & tretinoin can help. Either that or doxycycline with tretinoin. (don’t take clindamycin and doxycycline together) LL-37 can help treat it. Then if that doesn’t work, Accutane. The acne can be a bitch, I’ve exhausted most options with little or no success. The only thing that helps mine seems to be blasting .

No the best resort. People fear monger the drug so hard it’s not nearly as toxic and the sides are really not that bad. You also don’t need to do a super high dose.

It is quite toxic 🤣 and the sides can be none existent or horrible, depends on the person. When consistency and small changes can fix it why not try that first.

It is not “toxic” and it’s often the dose that makes the poison. 10-30mg is plenty for a lot of people. Additionally you can run a higher dose course for a short time get acne under control then micro dose or sometimes even drop all together and reap permanently lower oils gland activity and less acne.

i think all my acne went away from 10mg of accutane. i went off of it an now i have a bunch of face,chest, and bacne again.
