I do glutes very frequently, very few people are going to see my ass anyway so scarring doesn't matter as much as scars on the stomach
Literally anywhere you can pinch fat, thighs, love handle , stomach, glutes etc
I've been wanting to try ventrogluteal but I can't get myself to do it lol
So you have a spot that you think would be the least painful and you can't get yourself to do it?
Least painful as in ghk burning or just painful as in the needle going in?
Yeah just the needle going in. It's definitely all in my mind, I use 29g needles and shouldn't feel a thing
Are you doing it is the same location or do you move around on the belly?
I move around. I usually switch sides and then by the next morning the little knots are gone
