Thought it was klow, reta and HGH but I saw myself in sunlight today and was very disappointed
Haha this got a chuckle outta me. Did you feel a difference with the HGH? How many IUs?
The most I've noticed is vivid dreams and I truly believe it works synergistically with reta. I was on reta for 4 months prior to starting hgh but I saw accelerated fat loss and body recomp after starting. I do 4 iu nightly
I’ve heard it takes a while to show benefits but read that sleep, recovery, dreams all kick in eventually. Did you start at 4iu? Was thinking about starting at 2iu and slowly working up.
