I've noticed the same day, especially the sexual stuff I didn't know existed until after I pinned lol
As a white Caucasian I enjoy mt1. I think it gets a bad rap for being slow but within a week I have the results I want.. full summer tan by spring. 3-4 inj of 250mcg tiny ass shots with an hour or less of sun (covered in spf as well) to receive desired results. I guess if you want boners and the more orange tan than mt2 might be for you lll
Also depends on your skin type. If you naturally tan easily it will be more effective
