Hey guys I’m doing some research into supplements that can aid anti aging/ skincare- so far this my list which looks pretty comprehensive Anything else you guys can vouch for ?

Yeah definitely. I’m on Accutane rn, it’s kind of a maintenance dose and I’m clean pustule wise I still have some comedones so gonna run that till it’s gone. But after I move to low dose I’ll do tret/taz. Haven’t done deep research into combining the two but a few ppl had success

My Pharma /indiamart stack (for now) is Accutane + Azelaic Acid + Glutathione Later add tret / taz And ofc rn I’m running everyone’s fave ghkcu

Snap8 is supposedly like topical tox

I’ve seen conflicting reports on this but apparently Accutane does the whole collagen upregulation / skin quality benefits too. At least that’s what I’ve noticed

Yup gonna look into making a few topical creams, one w ghkcu and one w snap 8. combine w red light and microneedling should be set haha

I’ve seen some creams with kpv for inflammation, I wonder how well it works.

Oh yeah KPV is huge for anti inflammation Apparently you can order the same red light stuff the Americans sell at a huge discount on Alibaba. I believe one of the companies is called Shenzen Idea Light. They are the supplier to Omnilux etc
