If the food noise begins again and it prevents you from adhering to whatever plan you have in place, sure.
Side effects of hgh and any tips before pinning
Im doing 2000 cals, upped carbs to 170-180 after stalling hard on below 100 g/day.
Doing HGH 6 iu split, test 350 to have some E2 buffer for 200 primo as im quite lean now, reta 8 mg, cag 300 mcg every 5 days, anavar 50-75 and 100 NPP. Fat is melting off now past week after re-feed.
45-60 min heavy lifting and 60 min incline walking 6 days/week⚡️🔥
Reta is definitely more effective at higher doses, but the catch is the appetite suppression. You could lose a lot of weight on 10mg if you wanted, but if you're like me then you wouldn't be eating a damn thing and you'd lose way too much total mass.
Obviously not a great idea if your performance is suffering, but I'm curious.
my goal is about 90/100kg with 15/20% bf, I'm not looking at getting crazy lean tbh
I was stalling on 1800 for a long time regardless of reta dose, overtrained and high cortisol. Was that what you asked?
I had a 6 day binge over new years and xmas, no gym, no nothing, metabolism back up now and on fire🔥
Yes, thats a good approach I think. What im doing now is keeping carbs at a level where I am functional and also minimize cortisol buildup, idea is that it should be sustainable and no need for a re-feed at all, maybe even a low fat, low carb day a week on rest day
Yeah true. If you pulled fats down to 40g from wherever they are, that'd get you more carbs.
Not something I'd want to do long term, but certainly an option short term
