Provided there's not a timeline that you're working to, I would be much more reserved that 200cal per fortnight if I was exceeding a modest rate of gain

i probably should’ve included this in my message, but the reason i want to start off at lower dosage than average” is because i am a type 1 diabetic, so i dont want to completely go crazy off the start. i wanted to start off really low and get my body used to it and adjust with it slowly and figure it out before i take a higher dose. i researched and talked to people who took it as diabetics, but they all reacted differently and said different things about it. but i’d assume it’s safer for me to start off lower rather than higher. would you change anything you said now that you know im a t1d? as far as dosing i mean.

No, same answer, but do what you're comfortable with my man. If you want to try a lower dose based on the experiences of others with T1D then do that. What's one or two weeks at a low dose? lol

Decided to drop everything, except test, hgh and lower primo to 100 last weeks of the cut. I could eat trough 6 mg of reta so for me suppression only started for real this week when adding cagri. Im also lower training volume a bit as you have suggested. Thanks for your input, hope I got it right
