No I actually can't use HGH. It's far too potent. If I was to use growth, it would have to be a secretagogue.
L-Carnitine is cool. If you pair it with a strong insulin signal, it'll push more of it into muscle cells which will improve fat burning within the cells.
As for the AR density, that doesn't need an insulin signal, that just requires plasma concentrations. 600-800mg bioavailable is sufficient. Best administered by injection, otherwise I think that might be 2000-3000mg oral L carnitine L tartrate, etc.
