No worries. Sleep, recovery, etc. are what they're good for, but actual growth, nah. HGH is the king of peptides and even that won't elicit meaningful growth. They're adjuncts to the actual anabolic compound - testosterone.
How do people here take ipamorelin+cjc1295?
Are people deleting their comments with you or are you talking to yourself
People should see it as a tool and not become completely dependent on medication, because as soon as they stop they can gain weight again.
If you’re careless, you’ll put the fat back on. But after a few months, your appetite should decrease even without GLP, and as a person you should learn to live healthier and exercise. Because no one is going to stay on GLP medications for their entire life—you have to train yourself to be more mindful, both with food and with exercise, and to be more consistent. That’s my opinion
To be honest, once your body fat is low, you're more likely to experience hormonal hunger (leptin, ghreline) than physical hunger (an empty stomach). I had to learn to manage hunger myself. Our bodies doesnt like low bodyfat for survival purposes
At 8-10% bf It took me at least 10-12 weeks for my leptin and ghreline to start returning to normal.
Lmao why is it hated that much? Like i get that people are annoyed by the 16yr olds who wanna reach 190cm 90kg lean with it but if you use it with some hgh its not bad right?
