Yeh mate. Someone posted a chart the other week with the level of agonisation on all three receptors of all the GLPs. And it looked like 75 reta 25 sema would be absolutely optimal. Even over tirz

I do all the above - weight train, 15k steps and cardio, I’m eating approx 1600 calories, but I honestly have such huge hunger cravings!! I never had this on mounjaro, do I continue Reta, perhaps moving up to 8mg split over 2 x doses?

If changing to a new compound has introduced issues, it makes sense to switch back :P Or you could consider reducing your output

Tirz is generally better for appetite suppression in spite of what much of the research suggests. Anecdotally most seem to have stronger suppression from Tirz.

Reta’s glucagon activity boosts metabolism and for some this can have an additional appetite suppressant effect, and in others it can boost appetite.
