I do all the above - weight train, 15k steps and cardio, I’m eating approx 1600 calories, but I honestly have such huge hunger cravings!! I never had this on mounjaro, do I continue Reta, perhaps moving up to 8mg split over 2 x doses?

Why not switch back to Tirz if you were having the success you desired?

I think I will! I just thought Reta was better?

If changing to a new compound has introduced issues, it makes sense to switch back :P Or you could consider reducing your output

No. Better or worse is dependent on your goals and tolerance.

Tirz is generally better for appetite suppression in spite of what much of the research suggests. Anecdotally most seem to have stronger suppression from Tirz.

Reta’s glucagon activity boosts metabolism and for some this can have an additional appetite suppressant effect, and in others it can boost appetite.

Could try addressing leptin resistance with african mango seed extract, chromium picolinate, ceylon cinnamon, ALA. as glp1s wont actually directly fix leptin resistance. Itll still be waiting for u when ur cycle is over
