The effects of both are very good. Currently, based on sales volume, RT has higher sales volume and is more popular
U can donate blood as a quick fix mate but really you should have ur doc do further tests to investigate what's happening if it's not from trt
But no you can up when ever you want but personally I'd run 2/3iu for 6 to 8 weeks and then gets my bloods done and judge it based on that
