I think as long as you're using aseptic technique and keeping your environment clean you're good. I spray the air and wipe surfaces down with hypochlorous acid water and I've been fine with my filtered pure water

Is taking creatine and HGH going to compound water retention issues?

From my lil knowledge creatine pulls water into muscle so prob not and from running both at the same time with a bunch of other stuff after a month or so it will all settle down
