I've gone from 4mg reta to 10mg triz in a short period of time and have only just started to experience roughly the same effects on appetite suppression from the triz. Is my triz underdosed, or is reta so much stronger ?

Opposite way, tirz is stronger appetite suppression than reta

I've been seeing people recommend to eat what you would if you were dieting without glp, to get yourself used to eating a "normal" diet

Same kit, I changed waters and I am sure I pinned all the way in. I don’t get the swollen redness immediately but the day after and it’s also crazy itchy
