Hi everyone, have few maybe little bit rookie Questions.
1. Does reta 5 MG per month make you loose any weight, dosage of 1.25 a week?
2. Anyone who done it and have somehow good result?

I have a mate that’s been on around 1.75 a week but it’s microdosed. He’s seeing results but he’s pretty disciplined regardless.
It totally depends on the person. I’m seeing best results at 5mg a week. One dose a week.

I think 2-3 days a week. He’s new to it. I haven’t tried low dose regular pins before so can’t comment much on it
