What was your titration? I went 1,2,4,6 now at 8 kinda hesitant to go to 10 and 12. Kind of want to leave a little elbow room to go up if need be for the shows this summer.
Honestly don’t have a problem with suppression. Kind of just stalled at 190 and won’t go down so I said fuck it and stopped the cut and leaned more to recomp. From around 1500 cals to around 2500.
