Progressing in lifts doesnt = muscle gain. It can be as simple as neurological adaptation. Hence why a 170lb guy can deadlift 500+lbs but not look gigantic

Im a literal coach and bodybuilder. You can not gain in a deficit. Even with gear, it is extremely hard to do. Maybe if you are running tren at high doses, sure because of partitioning effect

Also on trenbolony sandwiches you can grow even Olin calorie deficit until you die from that poison though. That shit is literal poison

Yes and no. Progressing in lifts definitely contributes to growth. Mechanical tension is a real thing. Whether it’s more reps, more weight, better quality reps, etc. needs to be executed properly regardless of load, and progression needs to happen

There are bodybuilders that grow into shows they are prepping for

No. I see where you are coming from, but this isnt correct. Lift progression does not equate nearly to half the equation of muscle gain. Strength does not = size

if i go from benching 80kg to 140kg in the span of 2 years

Again, if you take that logic then someone who goes from benching 225 to 405 in the span of two years should theoretically be huge. But thats not the case. Thats why there are guys who are 170lb benching 365+ that look tiny.

To an extent? Sure maybe 20%. But this isnt even half of the equation of muscle Growth

Also realize this, with general weight gain, and no training, a guy who is 225lb can lift More than an untrained guy who is 165, because weight moves weight

People CAN grow into a show, maybe a .1% amount of people. And on top of that are throwing high total androgen load on top. That does not equate to the general population. You can’t take a one off and use it as your sample.
