100% I see people saying they are on a 1000 kcal on day 1 of their cut and they then are suprised a week later when they quit it. I like to drop food by 200 kcal then when stall increase cardio then when stall reduce kcals by 200 and rinse and repeat

It also depends on what you’re taking and where in the cut you are.

The glucogon can increase hunger a lot more then people think from Reta. Getting the glp and gip : to glucogon ratio a lot higher can help as well

I’d strongly suggest tracking kcal and macros Essential to understand where your maintenance level is then plan from there.

Might want to add a bit of trt(+). But adding tirz on top and tracking cals is key as HF stated.

Personally on a cut I aim for 1gram of protein per lbs of target body weight I only count protein from primary protein sources like meat, eggs, dairy, or whey. I don’t count the protein in foods like rice, potatoes, bread, or oats because they’re incomplete protein sources and they’re mainly there for carbs, not protein. I then target for 30-40g fats I then adjust my carbs to fit. I like to plan my meals around the protein source and split into 4-5 meals. So if I am say taking 185g of protein. I would plan 37.5G of protein then add carbs and fats as needed

I will start counting , Which one do you think I should go with : Reta + test (TRT) or Reta+Cagri ?

Add tirz in or go back to tirz. Either do a ratio or do tirz
