I've been on 2.5mg reta and considering going lower. I'm only hungry for like 2 meals a day now. Can't believe I'm even complaining about this lol
I mostly just miss being able to eat what I actually enjoy. Do you find you get hungry-ish day 6? That's when I usually pin but I'll try to eat my favourite food before I lose my appetite again
Now i havent pin for 7 days it feels better im just gonna take some free tile now
I think your favorite food is what got you fat and that’s what this is supposed to stop you from eating 😂
Fr loll miss that dopamine hit though. Reta makes me feel so flat but I'd rather not be fat anymore
