You got this brother. I don’t track mine like my diet autistic friends lol but I started reading labels, almost only eating homemade food from scratch and weighing foods at the start to get an idea what portions were and what I needed. My diets changed since I lost the weight also and I consume more carbs which helps w glycogen stores and heavy lifting
Damn. SSA is back. New name
thought of hopping on hgh too rn, since i only take reta
wouldn't it help me regenerationwise and weightlosswise? (lipolysis)
like 4iu's daily
HGH is a bitch to use correctly if you eat late like me but I’ve been running it 9 months once I hit lower BF. Gotta wait 2-3 hrs after last carb heavy meal and not eat 2 hours after taking….more difficult than it seems. Need to watch for insulin resistance. I started at 2 and worked my way up to 4 IUs over 4 months. If it’s real you will get carpal tunnel lol. I love it. How old are you and do you know what your IGF1 levels are now? From my understanding won’t matter if you’re already producing solid levels really.
Probably solid brother. Blood tests are so important before hoping on gear of any sort.
Yo Ive been cutting for like 2 months on 2mg reta and i just lost access to the reta and not able to buy more am I completely cooked or will i be able to power through the hunger?
Yea im really curious to see if i will be able to stay in a deficit haha😂
Could you buy a high volume single vial from a domestic retailer and just run it til you can save up for a kit?
Tbh its going to be gradual. But as long as kept a good routine during the cut you should be ok
I mean you could but that vial is gonna cost u probably more than an entire kit from a vendor lol
What are the benefits of HGH ? Is it good to take it as 20 year old at low dosage
Probably not bc your body will produce more than you’d be introducing into it exogenously. So you’d be getting less than you would endogenously by itself. Depends on starting blood work. If you’re deficient, sure
That was the end of the thread
