OP
I’ve been taking reta for 2 weeks. 1 mg 1st and 2nd week and 2mg the last 2 weeks. I’m not sure if I wanna keep going on 2 or go up. What do you guys think

This makes no sense. Been taking reta for 2 or 4 weeks?

Could go up earlier if there is too little or no effect and also no side effects. But could be too much as it accumulates and plateau will only be reached after few weeks.

Whats the downside of not waiting? Could still lower the dose next time if it was too much and theres too much side effects. If its for personal use and not for studies so theres no exact protocol to be followed to prove effects

“Can lower dose if too many side effects“ Just take your time & tirade up at least according to clinical trial studies. This mitigates all the what ifs. It took years to pack on the fat, be real and wait the month to see if the dose does anything for you or not.

Reta has a 6 day half life, full effect of Reta isn’t reached until week 4. Raising doses before week 4 can make it difficult to find a good dose to cruise on
