What's your dose? Some people don't feel the typical effects like hunger suppression til higher doses, some barely feel that

I felt nothing for a week or two at 2mg, and based on that made the stupid decision to abruptly increase my dose to 4. For those of you who enjoy burning skin and excessive diarrhea, I wholeheartedly recommend this approach

I went up to 6mg fuck me my skin around my shoulders and upper back like pins and needles or jelly fish sting Had skin. Thing in lower dose but it was fine wow dude that change on 6mg I've switched back to tirzepatide and I'll do that and add reta back at low dose 2mg per week after 3-4 weeks

As someone who's not a big fan of drinking water, I've had to choke a fair bit of a down along with electrolytes. And sort of made me a little worried every time I got on a hack squat machine for a while.

These discussions are so helpful for the rest of us! Based on all that I’ve read, I see no reason why I would want to switch to Reta. I’ve had amazing results (47lbs/4 months) on just 5mg tirz, and found other methods of triggering the adipose tissue to burn more fat.

I haven't seen much of a heart rate change for me in the 6 weeks I've been on reta, thankfully. Though I'm wondering how that'll go as I angle up to the higher doses
