Hey guys,
35y M here, started at 138kg (1.80m) with a huge belly and T2 pre-diabetes. Been on reta 10mg/week for 10 weeks, down to 127.9kg.
Problem: still hungry as fuck (real hunger, not cravings) and weight loss is slowing down. My metabolism is cooked from old Graves' disease but now its ok. visceral fat isn't budging much anymore.
Thinking of adding:
Tesa 1-2mg/day (heard it melts visceral fat)
Cagri 0.3-1.2mg/week (to kill the hunger)
Keep reta at 10mg obviously.
Does this stack make sense or am I overthinking it? Any better options for belly fat + hunger with my shitty metabolism?

Way overthinking it. Get a coach who knows how to cycle FOOD properly. Gonna take a wild guess and say you’ve chronically overdieted yourself over the last 10 weeks and have been on less than 1300 cals for the last 5-6 weeks. In all seriousness more drugs are often not the answer

You're right, but here's the issue: when hunger hits, I could easily eat WAY past my calorie target even on clean food. I need to eat, but I also need something to tell me "stop, that's enough" — my body won't stop on its own. That's why I'm looking at cagri for satiety control.
It's not that I want to restrict harder. It's that without the brake pedal, I swing from undereating (fear) to overeating (no satiety signal). The hunger isn't mental, it's real physical hunger that doesn't shut off even after a proper meal.
The good news: reta killed all junk food cravings. I'm not polluted by that shit anymore. But the raw hunger for real food? Still there and doesn't turn off.
