Anyone ever felt like they had a bowel obstruction from a GLP? Woke up with the worst stomach pain this morning. Literally difficult to get up or bend over. Went for a walk and soaked in a hot bath to help and thankfully it went away. Almost went to emerg tbh

If deficit is stupidly big it also trashes digestive system So if you’re abusing GLP’s, I’d relook

No doubt, but I actually ate 3 potatoes worth of fries last night and had a couple large teas afterwards. Very unusual for my body to be this way

Definitely. Glad it got better. But milk of magnesia helped last time. A GIANT log of shit slid out of my ass. It was like Godzilla swimming around Anyways, drink lots of water because you do NOT want to dehydrate and harden Probably some other remedies there as prevention like warm tea lemon yadayada idk

That is for sure. I ate too much candy on Easter and regretted it big time.

Ppl abuse GLP’s They think you shouldn’t be hungry or shouldn’t eat Then they miss out on fibre protein and hydration then wonder why they’re in bits then eat shit foods and complain more… it’s crazy
