Nothing wrong with it Don’t think mots c is needed but do it if you want

What do you mean not needed. Would you suggest a better option?

I’d just say you don’t need anything more than Reta

In terms of performance in the gym, imo not much peptides can do there. Some people will argue you can make extra gains using certain peptides but I have never experienced this. I have tried bs like tesamoerlin, cjc and ipa but none of them work very well imo

I’m sure some people will say otherwise but you can take whoever’s word you’d like. Or try it yourself just to see. No downside really bar money

Reta doesn’t suppress appetite the same way Tirze and other GLPs does. With Tirze the hunger just disappears, you genuinely forget to eat. With Reta it’s more subtle, some people barely feel a difference especially in the early weeks If appetite suppression is your main struggle, Tirze is honestly the better option for that, the GIP + GLP-1 combo hits differently. Reta might shine more on the fat loss/body recomp side but it’s not the same hunger killer

However I did lose 60 pounds using Reta, as someone who is insulin resistant the GIP and Glucagon aspect of Reta has been amazing. I do microsose Tirz for appetite as well

60 pounds is insane congrats! And yeah that's the thing with Reta when you actually lock in your diet the results are on another level. It's not going to do the work for you appetite-wise like Tirz does, but if you're disciplined with your eating, Reta is a beast. The glucagon and GIP combo is a huge advantage especially for body recomp. It rewards consistency more than any other peptide imo

100% aggree. I was doing reta + cjc without dac + ipamorelin. I ran out of cjc+ipa in 2 weeks, but i had really good results
