Look into localized lipoatrophy. It’s not a very known side effect but it does happen. I’ve seen it myself. A friend of mine fucked up and somehow injected a whole 50iu vial of hgh. He literally had a small hole in his fatty tissue lmao. I probably should have mentioned that the outcome might not be what he’s looking for lol
Just look it up. It’s literally a known side effect. Sounds ridiculous but that doesn’t make it any less true. Definitely not a good look though lol

Again, I’ve literally seen it happen. Someone I know made a pretty dumb mistake when filling his hgh pen an accidentally injected over 50ius at once. His blood sugar levels went crazy and he developed a small indentation at the exact spot he pinned before.
I had no idea this was even possible at first either but it seems to be a thing
