I’m wanting to stack NAD+ and Mots-c, but I’m seeing so many different dosages and protocols for the mots-c particularly. This is mainly to help with my energy levels. I’m reading ppl talking about 5-15MG a day? I’m currently doing 50mg of NAD+ 5x a week, taking 2 days off.

The theory is to run SS31 prior to MOTSC. Almost the primer to using the MOTSC

I've ran 1mg ED. As you say. Can get expensive

I ran MOTSC first, and experienced fatigue and sore joints. Stopped it. Ran SS31 for 4 weeks. Then back to MOTSC, all great now

So you’re saying SS31 first and THEN motsc?

At 1mg per day? Recommended starting dose is 5mg-20mg.

I read that, but I wasn’t sure it wasn’t just a way to increase sales.

I was going to stack mots and NAD, but I am experiencing fatigue. I’ll just order some SS31 and run a cycle of it first. I appreciate you.
