Idk if I’m a high responder of Reta but 2mg a week has been suppressing my appetite quite a lot for 3 months. Whats the minimum dose to still get that insulin and glucogon benefits (if any)

Bloated??? Nope. Sorry pal. Bloat is down to poor sodium and potassium levels in diet. GH will affect muscle fullness etc

Signs of GH are not bloat. But possible numbness of hands, water retention in some, carpal tunnel, skin condition and hair growth. But BLOAT is not a sign of GH effectiveness

At 10iu, I have to shave EOD (I normally shave once a week LOL) Nails I swear are moving when I look at them.

It's like you're pinning 600mg of test and you're complaining you don't have high E2 symptoms

It's fake cause you're getting no carpal tunnel?
