to be more specific, I’m talking about when using vials that made contact with air once you penetrate it with your needle
That's my point, if it's a pen it has a 28 day life from the moment you open it/Peirce it
So it will be the same for a vial but you know pharma always under estimate their shit
Like mounjaro/tirzeptide can go easily 6/7 weeks but again 28 day life on it

(Asking for opinions) would it be worth it to start with 250iu hcg 3x per week, or is it fine to just begin straightup with 500iu (when on cycle and trt)
