OP
I am on 3iu per day and have carpel tunnel in my right hand. I am not sure whether i should stick with it or not. Its not hurting or anything, just a puffy feeling with trigger finger. I have been on it for 3 or 4 months. I am not really sure what benefits I should notice as I have been on Reta as well which has helped me drop aload of weight.

So basically unless I am training a fair amount of might not notice anything? My training was been on/off recently so not been in the gym much.

You’re already feeling it dude. If the carpel tunnels that bad just lower the dosage to 2-2.5. You don’t get much from 2-3iu performance wise.

If i increased it, what benefits could i expect do you think ? Apart from tissue repair and recovery?

Try looking at your sodium / potassium balance. I have heard people see better results when they get that in check with the water retention lessening the carpel tunnel side affects. Are you using BBA HGH?
That was the end of the thread
