Yes, you feel a fall off day because reta has a 6 day half life so dosing it again day 5/6 makes sense

You might have to titrate a bit higher. Reta has the weakest GLP1 concentration compared to Sema and Tirz to make room for the glucagon

You can definitely ask question in 2026. But, also, if it's a stupid question or a question that shows you didn't do the bare minimum google search, then you'll probably get jumped 😂

Like what are you actually concerned about

There's obviously inherent risk because you're buying illicit compounds in an unregulated grey space

Well, this is kind of where you have to do research and google and all that. What kind of skin conditions? Cause it's like maybe KLOW, GLOW, GHK-CU, or something will help. If not, then you may need to find other sources who offer like pharma grade trets, retinoids, or accutane

When you're a first time buyer, you really gotta make sure you read about what you're trying to buy

so my skin color is tan but my eczema or whatever makes patches of my skin turn slightly darker and i went to my dermatologist and she said to take like antifungal pills and basically thats it and see if it works. so i already did my research and tried everything they have recommended but none of it has worked
