do you guys know what glps are used for? Besides the standard things ofc? They’re supposed to teach people how to eat strategically and logical.

I do, but eating the right foods and exercising does not keep the food noise away. I used to wake up wanting to eat and while I was eating I was thinking what I could have later. IF YOU DON’T have food noise it would be a lot easier. But I will not let food noise ruin my life anymore!

Yes I agree with you!! The way I used to eat and the things I would eat were not good for trying to get healthy. Plus 122 extra pounds takes is toll on the body, I had to have a total knee replacement and I have arthritis bad. Plus a couple of bulging disc’s in my lower back. All which have improved just by not having to carry around that extra weight. I have also kept my dosage low and was a fast responder to tirz. There are just more pro’s to stay on tirz and even lower the dose eventually to 2.5 mg again than there were con’s. I just had my yearly well visit to my Dr. and all my blood work was the best it’s ever been, I was in the middle to lower range on every test they ran 🙌🏻 and my Dr. was very impressed and totally on board with my decision to stay on tirz, they are finding out it’s great for a lot of other health issues too, (Like my sleep apnea) etc. 😊 BUT SERIOUSLY, the BEST of LUCK to EACH and EVERYONE OF YOU 😍
That was the end of the thread
