Low and slow to start, no point running high dose until you know you respond to it. So start with 1mg, and titrate up to 5mg 2~3 times per week. If you feel nothing, early on, you save some time and money knowing you need to run ss31 before running the higher dose
Its impossible to know if mots c is doing anything especially when on reta
Yes thats why i am think is their any point in running motc or not but with help from reta lost over 90 pounds now 40 more to go its getting hard to shed weight now .Thank you for your response
