So I took Reta do 4/5 weeks and was in the flow state. Got up to 3mg a week (1.5 x2). Went from 190 to 175 while retaining majority of muscle. Then I stopped 10 days before my bachelor party so I could enjoy the desire to have a drink again. Got back on it last week and my body just didn’t seem to be responding this time. Fee much more hungry than I used to and can easily drink alcohol again. It’s like I interrupted homeostasis or something ‍️ Anyone else have a similar experience?

This is well known fact that this happens have heard this in many cases! Exactly why I just cruise on it instead of getting completely off it

Interesting. I understand that. But I literally couldn’t finish one beer on it. If I had behaved that way at my ow bachelor party there would have been issues 😆 hopefully my body adapts again

Hahaha yep totally understandable! I’ve heard many people say this about Reta but I’m not sure what they done about it sorry! I find running mots c with Reta is a good combo especially with insulin regulating , found I wasn’t as hungry too! Just a thought

Reta’s half-life is 6 days. It takes ~5 half-lives for something to exit your system. Just get back on and give it a chance to build back up. With a half-life of 6 days, it takes ~5 weeks to also reach a max concentration and stabilize in your system
