Been on Reta for 8 weeks, just upped to 2.5mg dose last night for the first time. I lost about 7kgs in the first 6 weeks, but now I’ve put about a kilo back on & I don’t look as lean in the mirror. Any suggestions? Did just add MotsC this morning. I’ll be doing 1mg 3x weekly to start

Just stay consistent. Dont let the scale play mind games. Impossible to gain 1kg fat in a week and as a lady, you may be approaching cycle which would increase water retention temporarily. Keep going you're doing great, save other tools for when you really need them

Thank you!! Appreciate the advice. Definitely all makes sense. 5 months post partum with my youngest & also have PCOS, so hormones I think are also playing mind games and all over the place too. Started at 58kgs now sitting around 52kgs, just want to get rid of this stubborn midsection after having my kids but I think that’s dreaming big at this point

It'll go. Remember those stubborn areas have been the longest and will take the longest to go. 1kg a week is incredible progress and difficult to maintain. You got it
