It get me usually in the second week. I took in 2 diferente moments. Once 6 months ago than I stopped 3 months and started again now. It always works for me by accumulation.
I’m also in 2,5mg it’s the dose that I can eat, 5mg and I can’t eat at all. Even eating and having a bit of food noise i lose 1kg per week, which I find good :)
