How are you guys dosing BPC/TB4?

How are you guys dosing BPC/TB4? Currently dealing with a calf injury and am on week two of BPC @ 250mcg before bed and started TB4 @ 250mcg this week before bed as well. Upping the dosage to 500mcg for both starting next week and running it at that dose for two weeks but from there idk if I should go back down to 250mcg or stay at 500mcg.

5 times a day? so 1.25mg daily? How long are you running it at that dosage for?
