I actually work in a hospital so explain how they have prefilled syringes for irrigation water etc that seems to be doing great until used

You might actually be right about this one, I find the syringes I use later on don't move as smoothly

3 cousins that are doctors one is in oncology, two others are in gastroenterology and a few nurses not to mention another retired one with a wellness clinic. I’ve been down this road of preloading controversy with them. You don’t wanna do that especially with oil based compounds for more than 12 hours. Look I’m just telling you from being bitched at about it from people in higher medical realms than me. If that’s how you wanna do it than do you fam 🤷🏻♂️

Compounded medications are reconditioned the same way as peptides are are basically medications. For instance GLP peptides are final pharmaceutical medications. 🤷🏻♂️

Some use Bac and some use saline water it all depends on what compound you’re reconstituting bud
