Yes, it’s incredibly effective, great levers to pull especially in a deficit- I use oral SLU in enteric coated capsules so it breaks down in your intestines rather than your stomach. Adding DMSO to SLU lypholised powder is a dog shit in my opinion - do some research on dmso and tell me if you want to pin it you’re body
