Cholesterol and red bloodcells. But from what i know there isnt any. Mostly just donate blood, take fish oil etc etc

You cns probably run bpc and tb, and something that is a mitochondrial peptide like mots-c and humanin, in sure these would help also but donate once every 8/12 weeks should be good

Issue is, if that gets past to a pregnant women it could mess the hormones up for the kid maybe. Stressed to do it. Would like to pay someone to do it for me ngl
