Just asking here because I’ve been researching tesa for the last month and I’m seeing a lot of differing opinions 1. Do you need to be fasted 2 hours before taking (I’ve seen several discussions where some are saying yes and some say no) 2. Do you have to cycle this (once again split on this, I’ve seen people who don’t have jt prescribed say yes you have to cycle but others that have it prescribed say no, but they obviously have it prescribed for a reason) 3. 2mg is the dose you should take from the get go and you don’t have take it 5 on 2 off? (Similar to the reasoning of number 2.)
