Starting dose indeed 0.5, but don't go up every week with 0. 5! Stay 4 weeks on the same dose. Only in the first weeks, if you are one of the persons who doesn't feels it immediately, you go up with 0.5, but if a dosis works, stay on it for 4 weeks.
